The Indian Voyage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Forest Department, Kanha Tiger Reserve, any Government authority, or any resort, hotel, lodge, or accommodation provider featured on this website, unless expressly stated.
The Company does not own, operate, lease, or manage any resort, hotel, lodge, or accommodation property, nor do we maintain or control their room inventory. All accommodation bookings are subject to real-time availability and confirmation by the respective property.
Our team will check the availability of resorts and accommodations based on the guest’s travel requirements. If the guest expresses interest in proceeding, we will provide a tour quotation based on the availability at that time. Availability and prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
In the event that the selected accommodation is unavailable, suitable alternatives may be offered to the guest after prior discussion and approval.
The Company does not own, operate, control, or manage the official safari booking system of Kanha Tiger Reserve.
Safari permits, safari zones, entry gates, safari vehicles, and related bookings are processed through the official Kanha National Park booking portal and are subject to real-time availability and the applicable rules and regulations prescribed by the concerned Government authorities.
Upon receiving a travel enquiry, the team at The Indian Voyage will check and share the available safari permits, safari zones, resort availability, and other relevant travel options with the guest. If the guest wishes to proceed, a detailed quotation will be shared based on the availability existing at the time of preparing the quotation.
While we make every reasonable effort to secure the guest’s preferred safari zone or gate, confirmation depends solely on the availability displayed on the official booking system at the time of booking. Therefore, specific safari zones, safari gates, vehicles, guides, or permits cannot be guaranteed until they are successfully confirmed.
Wildlife sightings, including tigers, leopards, elephants, birds, or any other wildlife species, are entirely dependent upon natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Any references on this website to historical sighting reports, premium safari zones, or areas known for wildlife activity are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee or assurance of wildlife sightings.
The published itinerary is indicative and intended to provide a general overview of the tour.
If any revision to the itinerary becomes necessary due to weather conditions, park closures, Government notifications, road conditions, wildlife movement, operational requirements, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, The Indian Voyage (A Unit of Green View Voyage Private Limited) will promptly inform the guest.
Wherever reasonably practicable, any proposed changes will be discussed with the guest in advance, and suitable alternatives will be implemented only after such communication, subject to operational feasibility and availability.
Safari permit fees, park entry fees, Government taxes, conservation fees, and other statutory charges are determined by the respective Government authorities and are subject to revision without prior notice.
If any such revision becomes effective after a quotation has been issued or after a booking has been confirmed, the additional amount, if applicable, shall be payable by the guest before the commencement of the tour or as required by the concerned authorities.
All quotations provided by the Company are based on the prevailing availability and prices at the time of preparation. Prices remain subject to confirmation until the booking is finalized and the applicable payments are received.
Accommodation providers, transport operators, safari vehicle operators, guides, and other travel-related services are provided by independent third-party service providers.
The Indian Voyage acts solely as a travel planner and booking facilitator and does not control the operations, inventory, pricing, policies, schedules, or services of such third parties.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information and carrying valid Government-issued photo identification required for safari permits and hotel check-in.
Guests are also responsible for complying with all rules, regulations, safety instructions, and guidelines issued by the Forest Department, park authorities, accommodation providers, transport operators, and other Government agencies during the tour.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, itinerary modifications, denial of entry, safari cancellations, accommodation unavailability, wildlife non-sightings, natural events, force majeure, Government restrictions, technical issues with official booking portals, or any other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
By requesting a quotation, making a booking, or using the services of The Indian Voyage (A Unit of Green View Voyage Private Limited), the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Disclaimer and understands that the Company acts solely as an independent travel agency facilitating travel arrangements with third-party service providers.
