1. Legal Identity and Ownership

This website is owned and operated by Green View Voyage Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), with its registered headquarters at 701, Tower 1, Assotech Business Cresterra, Sector 135, Noida, UP, 201301. Our flagship brand is The Indian Voyage.

2. Independent Operator Status

The Company acts as a private, independent travel consultancy and tour operator. We are not the official website of Bandhavgargh or Kanha or Pench or Panna Tiger Reserves any National Park authority, nor are we affiliated with the Forest Department or any Government of India tourism body. We provide private booking assistance and curated travel packages based on our local expertise.

3. Authorized Partnerships & Package Customization

Green View Voyage Private Limited (CIN: U63040DL2010PTC201816) operates under its premier brand, The Indian Voyage, as an Authorized Travel Partner for a curated selection of luxury resorts in Bandhavgargh or Kanha or Panna or Pench National Park. Leveraging over a decade of professional relationships and significant business volumes, The Indian Voyage provides guests with exclusive discounted rates and confirmed inventories, offering a comprehensive ‘One-Stop’ booking experience. We specialize in Package Customization, where The Indian Voyage adds value to raw resort inventory through expert planning, photography-focused safari coordination, and seamless ground transportation. While we are an authorized partner, we are not the owners or official direct websites of the individual resorts mentioned on our website. Furthermore, we are not the primary owners of official websites of safari permit booking websites—which are managed exclusively by the Forest Department—but The Indian Voyage provides the essential service of navigating these complex booking requirements for our guests as part of their broader travel package, acting as a transparent, independent bridge between properties and travelers.

4. Booking, Payment, & Confirmation Policy

Payment Methods: For a secure and transparent experience, we accept payments through our integrated online payment gateway, via UPI, or through direct NEFT/IMPS bank transfers.
Payment Recipient: All payments must be made strictly to the official corporate bank accounts of Green View Voyage Pvt. Ltd. We never request or accept payments in the name of individual resorts or government park authorities.
Confirmation Process: A booking is considered officially confirmed only once the Company has received the required payment and shared a formal confirmation message from our end.
Voucher Issuance: Following confirmation, we will issue official Hotel/Resort Vouchers for your stay.
Government Permits: Please note that for Safari Bookings, we facilitate the booking through the official government systems. We do not issue separate private vouchers for these government-controlled services; the official government permit/record serves as the authorization.

5. Safari Permit Regulations

For all National Park services, including safari bookings, we act as a specialized facilitator to the official government booking portals.

Guest Responsibility: To ensure a valid permit, guests must provide 100% accurate details, including Full Name, Age, and valid Identification (ID) Number at the time of inquiry.
Non-Refundable Status: As per strict government regulations at Corbett National Park, safari and night stay permits are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable once they have been issued.
Government-Initiated Cancellations: In rare circumstances—such as a strike by gypsy owners, natural calamities, or unforeseen administrative decisions—the Forest Department reserves the right to cancel issued permits. In such scenarios, the timeline and eligibility for any refunds are decided solely by the Corbett Tiger Reserve authority, and the Company will act as your facilitator to process these according to their official decision.

6. Pricing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Unified Quoting: For your convenience, we provide a single, all-inclusive quote for our travel packages. This quote combines our professional management fees with third-party costs, such as government permit fees and resort charges. We do not charge separate service fees.
Resort Component Refunds: The refundable portion of your unified quote is subject to the specific cancellation timeline and penalty structure of the resort property involved.
Independent Consultancy: Our unified price reflects the value of our 15+ years of expertise, real-time inventory management, and end-to-end booking facilitation provided by Green View Voyage Pvt. Ltd.

7. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Services

While we are dedicated to organizing a world-class travel experience, it is important for guests to understand the operational structure of National Park tourism:

Roster-Based Services: Please note that all Gypsies (Safari Vehicles) and Guides are provided by the Forest Department on a strict roster basis. As per park law, the Company has no direct control over the selection of the specific vehicle, driver, or assigned naturalist guide.
On-Ground Services: The actual delivery of services—including resort accommodation, food quality, and vehicle maintenance—is provided by third-party private resorts and government-authorized operators.
Exclusion of Liability: Green View Voyage Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for changes in government park regulations, sudden closures due to weather or administration, or operational failures of third-party vendors. However, we are committed to acting as your dedicated advocate to resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during your journey.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
