If any revision to the itinerary becomes necessary due to weather conditions, park closures, Government notifications, road conditions, wildlife movement, operational requirements, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company, The Indian Voyage will promptly inform the guest. Wherever reasonably practicable, the proposed changes will be discussed with the guest in advance, and suitable alternatives will be implemented after such communication, subject to operational feasibility and availability.
Safari permit fees, park entry fees, Government taxes, conservation charges, and other statutory fees are determined exclusively by the respective Government authorities and are subject to revision without prior notice. Any revision becoming effective after a quotation has been issued or after a booking has been confirmed shall be payable by the guest before the commencement of the tour or as required by the concerned authorities.
Transportation, accommodation, safari operations, guides, and other travel-related services are provided by independent third-party service providers. The Indian Voyage (A Unit of Green View Voyage Private Limited) acts solely as a travel planner, consultant, and booking facilitator and does not control the operations, inventory, pricing, schedules, or policies of such service providers.
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, safari cancellations, accommodation unavailability, wildlife non-sightings, technical issues with official booking portals, Government restrictions, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Guests are responsible for carrying valid Government-issued photo identification required for hotel check-in and safari permits and for complying with all applicable rules and regulations issued by the concerned authorities during the tour.
