Similarly, the Company does not own, operate, or manage the official safari permit booking systems of any National Park or Tiger Reserve. Safari permits, safari zones, entry gates, safari vehicles, and related bookings are processed through the respective official Government booking portals and are subject to real-time availability and the applicable rules, regulations, and policies prescribed by the concerned authorities.

Upon receiving an enquiry, the team at The Indian Voyage will check the availability of accommodations, safari permits, safari zones, and other travel services and share the available options with the guest. If the guest wishes to proceed, a detailed quotation will be prepared based on the availability and applicable prices prevailing at the time. Availability and pricing remain subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

While every reasonable effort is made to secure the guest’s preferred accommodation, safari zone, safari gate, or travel schedule, confirmation depends entirely upon availability received from the respective service providers and the official booking systems. Accordingly, no specific resort, safari zone, safari gate, safari vehicle, guide, or permit can be guaranteed until the booking has been successfully confirmed.

Wildlife sightings, including tigers, leopards, sloth bears, wild dogs, elephants, birds, or any other wildlife species, are entirely dependent upon natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed. References to previous sighting reports, premium safari zones, or wildlife-rich areas are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of wildlife sightings.

If any revision to the itinerary becomes necessary due to weather conditions, park closures, Government notifications, road conditions, wildlife movement, operational requirements, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company, The Indian Voyage will promptly inform the guest. Wherever reasonably practicable, the proposed changes will be discussed with the guest in advance, and suitable alternatives will be implemented after such communication, subject to operational feasibility and availability.

Safari permit fees, park entry fees, Government taxes, conservation charges, and other statutory fees are determined exclusively by the respective Government authorities and are subject to revision without prior notice. Any revision becoming effective after a quotation has been issued or after a booking has been confirmed shall be payable by the guest before the commencement of the tour or as required by the concerned authorities.

Transportation, accommodation, safari operations, guides, and other travel-related services are provided by independent third-party service providers. The Indian Voyage (A Unit of Green View Voyage Private Limited) acts solely as a travel planner, consultant, and booking facilitator and does not control the operations, inventory, pricing, schedules, or policies of such service providers.

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, safari cancellations, accommodation unavailability, wildlife non-sightings, technical issues with official booking portals, Government restrictions, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Guests are responsible for carrying valid Government-issued photo identification required for hotel check-in and safari permits and for complying with all applicable rules and regulations issued by the concerned authorities during the tour.

By requesting a quotation, making a booking, or using the services of The Indian Voyage (A Unit of Green View Voyage Private Limited), the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer and understand that the Company acts solely as an independent travel agency facilitating travel arrangements through independent third-party service providers.
